Running metal wire thermometer RMT-01

This thermometer uses a K-type thermocouple to measure the temperature of a moving metal wire quickly and with high accuracy.

Features of a running metal wire thermometer

Because temperature measurement is performed using thin wire K thermocouples, the heat capacity is small, and since power supply to the pulley and temperature data transfer are done non-contact, the rotational friction of the pulley is also very small, allowing for accurate measurement of the temperature of metal wires with a diameter of 0.1 mm or less.

Accurate calibration is possible with a K-type thermocouple thermometer calibrator.

It prevents short-circuit failures of thermocouples due to the adhesion of copper powder, and its compact, lightweight design and dry cell battery operation allow for installation in various locations.

Temperature Calibrator RMR-01 (Made to Order)

This is a calibrator used to calibrate the RMT-01.

Calibration is performed by bringing the RMT-01's K-type thermocouple pulley into contact with a copper plate heater that allows for temperature setting, and then scanning it.

Calibration is performed under conditions close to actual operation, allowing for easy verification of the RMT-01's characteristics during operation.

The displayed temperature is verified using a dedicated thermometer that conforms to national standards.
