Deviation information is input from the laser outer diameter measuring instrument, and A-phase and B-phase pulses are input from the rotary encoder.

Feedback control is possible by setting the distance between the extruder and the outer diameter measuring instrument, and the pulse rate of the rotary encoder.

In automatic control mode, the system typically monitors whether the deviation voltage input exceeds the alarm level. If the deviation voltage input exceeds the alarm level, a step voltage (P × deviation input voltage) is added to the control voltage output.

After the DEAD TIME for adding the step voltage has elapsed, monitoring of the deviation voltage input will resume.
