AD Series Event Counting Printers

It receives alarm signals from various devices, such as outer diameter measuring instruments and surface irregularity detectors, and continuously prints the wire distance and message at the time of reception.

You can set preset values ​​​​(forecast and full load) for the measured values, and you can also output alarms via RS232C (standard equipment).

Furthermore, scaling is possible for the measurement pulse, and accurate measurement values ​​​​can be recorded by setting the correction distance for each message.

It features a USB port, allowing you to save data and change event names from a USB memory stick.

Event Input Distance Correction Setting Mode

By pre-setting the position of the measuring instrument that will be the source of the event input from the reference position, the distance to the measuring instrument or marking device can be corrected.

This allows for accurate measurement values ​​to be printed when an event occurs, as well as precise marking of locations.

Data output example

You can enter the year, month, day, hour, minute, lot number, and up to 10 different messages.

Various settings, including the clock, can be saved for extended periods using battery backup.
