Detector
The capacitance of coated wires produced on a continuous extrusion line is measured online and continuously.
It employs a forced water supply and drainage mechanism, enabling high line speeds. The use of guard electrodes makes it highly resistant to line wobble, allowing for stable measurements regardless of water temperature or quality.
We offer a lineup of detectors to suit the outer diameter of the object being measured, from thin wires to thick wires.
Display
The measured value and the deviation value from the set preset value are displayed digitally simultaneously.
The tolerance range for deviation (alarm level) can be set arbitrarily, and it is possible to output a relay setting signal to an external source.
In addition to analog output of measured values or deviation values, it is equipped with a control voltage output (DC ±10V) as standard, and it is also possible to control the capacitance of the insulated wire according to the deviation value.

Calibration capacitor
This is a device used to calibrate capacitance monitors.
An electrode is mounted in the center of the glass, and a capacitor is formed between the detection electrode and the electrode in the center of the calibration capacitor, with the glass acting as the dielectric, via water.
After purchase, we can provide traceability of the calibration capacitor upon request (additional charges apply).
